  1. What is the current warranty on your centrifuges?
    We have a one year parts and labor warranty (except the rotor - see question #2)
  2. What is the warranty on the rotor?
    All rotors carry a lifetime warranty. Should the rotor ever fail for as long as you own your centrifuge, The Drucker Company will replace it free of charge.
  3. Do you offer an extended warranty?
    Yes! An extended warranty is available at the time of purchase or within 60 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Service at (814) 692-7661 for additional information.
  4. Can I purchase products directly?
    We currently do not sell directly, but you may purchase through a distributor. For a list of authorized distributors, please visit the distributor network page of our web site or contact Customer Service at (814) 692-7661.
  5. How do I return a product?
    Please contact Customer Service at (814) 692-7661 for a Return Goods Authorization Number and they will provide you with additional instructions.
  6. What is your average lead time to ship a product?
    Your product typically ships within 3 - 5 business days.
  7. Will I need to purchase accessories for the centrifuge separately?
    All of our centrifuges are sold complete with the rotor and tube holders, no additional accessories are necessary.
  8. How often do you recommend the centrifuge should be calibrated?
    We recommend the Centrifuge to be calibrated every 2 years or 5,000 cycles.
  9. Do you manufacture refrigerated centrifuges?
    Currently we do not manufacture any refrigerated centrifuges.
  10. Who do I contact if my centrifuge is not properly working?

  11. Can you supply a Declaration of Conformity certificate?
    Yes. Please contact Customer Service at (814) 692-7661 for assistance.
